The Eckhart team would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our customers who helped make 2016 a transformative year for our company.

Our core business of designing, assembling, and integrating highly engineered advanced industrial solutions has never been stronger. Whether it be aerospace or appliance, agriculture or automotive, consumer packaged goods or heavy construction, Eckhart solutions deliver real value and positively impact the quality of life for engineers and assemblers all over the world.

The acquisition of Autocraft in the summer of 2016 generated an unprecedented level of enthusiasm among our base of customers. Due to our expanded capacity, the joint companies now provide customers with a “one-stop shop” solution for large projects.

Another benefit of our joint relationship is the product diversity Autocraft brings to our suite of solutions. Our market leading position in collaborative robotics, autonomous guided carts, and 3-D printing contributes to increased productivity, improved quality, and enhanced safety for our customers.

We are proud of the recent distributor partnership we’ve developed with Rhino Assembly in South Carolina. Their reach across the southern region of the U.S. helps both companies serve a broader base of customers in multiple industries.

2017 is projected to be a record year at Eckhart & Autocraft. If you haven’t had an opportunity to visit our facilities recently, we encourage you to schedule a visit and stop by!

Eckhart's Mission: Engineering Advanced Industrial Solutions that Enhance the Quality of Life
Recently a dedicated team of employees designed, built, and delivered a complex and highly engineered secure tool to help CAT torque the head/valve assembly on one of their largest commercial engines.

The tool reflects CAT’s commitment to investing in advanced manufacturing solutions for their assembly team.  26 individual secure tools execute a torque sequence in a precise and coordinated manner, with the click of a button.  Gone are the manual torque wrenches and reaction bars of yesterday.  Operators are able to articulate the tool with a custom HMI screen that also provides integrated LED lighting for automatic and manual secure commands.

Autocraft AGCs Selected to Support Launch of 2018 Honda Accord
2016 Honda Performance Excellence award in hand, Eckhart's advanced material handling subsidiary Autocraft is pleased to announce it has been selected to provide Autonomous Guided Carts (AGCs) for the launch of the 2018 Honda Accord.

Autocraft’s AGCs provide manufacturers like Honda with a safe, efficient, cost optimal material delivery solution as compared to fixed line conveyance or fork trucks.  Autocraft’s market leading advanced material handling systems improve safety, dock-to-stock to point-of-use delivery, and build line flexibility.  Eliminating traditional fixed line conveyance enables manufacturers to optimize productivity by adjusting for fluctuations in customer demand.  As volumes fluctuate, AGCs in-flow are adjusted accordingly on the build line.

The Autocraft team appreciates having a customer partner like Honda and looks forward to delivering exceptional performance on another successful AGC launch!
